2015 RR Riesling
A vigneronne’s dream, the 2015 growing season got off to an early start, with bud break in mid-March. Perfect, and we mean purrrrrfect, weather ensued. Slow, steady ripening – just the kind we beg for – built layer upon layer of stellar flavor, and offered staying power in the form of perfectly-integrated, gentle acidity. Subtle daphne, wet stone and crisp pear vie for attention in the nose and on the tongue.
